Born and raised in Japan, he graduated from Waseda University and began his banking career at Mizuho Bank, honing his analytical acumen, executive communication skills, and professionalism. He obtained his MBA from UCLA Anderson seeking global exposure. During his MBA, he organized a Japan Trek for over 200 participants with a tailor-made itinerary, which ignited his passion for travel.

Fluent in English and Japanese, Hiroshi enjoys discovering excellent ramen restaurants and exploring scenic countryside by train.

Born and raised in Chiba, Japan, Emi developed an early appreciation for diverse cultures, studying Ibero-American culture at university while exploring the world through travel. Her adventurous spirit has taken her to 15 countries, including a working holiday in Australia, where she was inspired by landscapes, traditions, and meaningful connections. After graduating, she honed her leadership and analytical skills by managing a grocery store while dedicating herself to the traditional Japanese art of tea ceremony—one of her most rewarding experiences.

In her free time, she enjoys city walks, discovering hidden cafés, and finding peace in the quiet beauty of local shrines.

Mayuno was born and raised in Tokyo and began her career in customer support at a major travel agency, where she provided exceptional client service. She later worked at a rescue animal shelter, helping nearly 300 dogs and cats find homes, and then joined a company supporting foreign employees as an interpreter and administrative officer. Her time in Australia and New Zealand, working as a pet sitter and in a high-end Japanese restaurant, helped refine her hospitality skills and deepen her appreciation for diversity. She is passionate about connecting people, cultures, and stories through thoughtful communication.

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, caring for plants, and spending time outdoors with her Chihuahua, Lee.

Born and raised in Saxony, Germany, Peter developed a deep fascination with East Asia from a young age. After completing his studies at a business school for tourism, he began his travel industry career in 2009 and has since dedicated himself to sharing the beauty of Japan with visitors from around the world. Having guided travel groups across Japan for over three years, he’s gained a strong appreciation for the country’s landscapes, traditions, and warm hospitality. His passion for Japan’s culture and history continues to inspire both his work and personal life.

Now living in Saitama, just north of Tokyo, he spends his free time exploring Japan’s mountains and countryside—through hiking, cycling, or active adventures that reveal new sides of the country he calls home.

Ellen’s diverse background and international experience make her a natural fit as a travel consultant. Born to Ghanaian and Japanese heritage, she grew up in Ghana before pursuing her studies in Malaysia and Japan. Having lived across different cultures, Ellen has developed a deep appreciation for the connections travel can create. Now living in Japan, she channels her passion into designing meaningful itineraries for clients, helping them craft journeys that are as memorable as her own.

Born in the Philippines and raised in Saitama, Japan, Mako developed a passion for connecting with people from different backgrounds, embracing both Filipino warmth and Japanese hospitality. She began her career as a cabin crew member for a Japanese airline, refining her communication and service skills. She later worked at a tourist information center in Tokyo, guiding visitors through Ueno and sharing hidden cultural gems, and also joined the Cultural Representative Program at Walt Disney World, introducing Japanese traditions to international guests.

In her free time, she enjoys exploring bookstores, going to concerts, and gardening.

After spending a year in Australia immersing herself in local culture, her passion for travel and connecting with people deepened. When the pandemic paused her career, she realized how much she valued the travel industry and returned with renewed enthusiasm.

Born and raised in Iwate, she studied Social Welfare at university before building a diverse career across social welfare, library services, and community coordination. A turning point came when she worked as a nail technician aboard cruise ships. Sailing along Japan's coastlines and to breathtaking destinations such as Antarctica, Easter Island, and Africa, she had the opportunity to connect with people from around the world and share Japan's history and traditions along the way. These experiences deepened her appreciation for Japan's heritage and inspired her to live in both Koyasan and Kyoto, ultimately bringing her to where she is today—supporting clients in experiencing memorable journeys through Japan. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies, exploring different neighborhoods, and discovering cozy cafés and unique local shops.

Originally from the United Kingdom, Harry’s interest in Japan began at an early age and deepened while studying History at the University of Sheffield, before he later spent a year abroad at Hokkaido University. After returning to Japan, he worked at the Omiya Bonsai Art Museum before moving into the travel industry, where he has focused on creating meaningful cultural experiences for international guests.

Fluent in English and Japanese, Harry enjoys helping travelers discover Japan through its history, local traditions, food, and countryside. Outside of work, he enjoys reading history, hiking, and exploring new places in Japan.

Born and raised in Tokyo, Chinatsu developed a deep love for hospitality and cross-cultural connection from an early age. She pursued her passion by studying hospitality in Perth, Australia, before going on to work at Walt Disney World in Florida, where she improved her guest service skills in one of the world's most iconic hospitality environments. She then took her experience to the seas, working as a crew member on a cruise ship and gaining a truly global perspective on travel and customer care.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dogs and unwinding with her favorite films and TV shows.

Growing up in Moscow, Russia, Natalia developed a passion for languages and cross-cultural communication from an early age. After spending three and a half years living in the United States during elementary school, she became even more interested in exploring different cultures. In high school, she discovered a fascination with Japan, which eventually led her to move there in 2017 to continue her studies.

Since then, Natalia has built her life in Japan, combining her love for languages with her enthusiasm for helping others discover the country. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, learning new languages, exploring different regions of Japan, and relaxing with her favorite TV series.

Born and raised in Sri Lanka, Tharani moved to Japan driven by a fascination with its unique hospitality traditions. After completing her bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism in Japan, she joined a global team where she focused on enhancing international service standards for inbound travelers. Her passion for bridging cultures and sharing Japan's heritage eventually led her to explore new ways to connect international guests with local experiences.

In her free time, she enjoys going for long walks, spending time with small kids, and discovering new local cafés.

Junya was born in Japan and grew up in Los Angeles, California. After graduating from university in Japan, he worked as a teacher before moving into the pharmaceutical industry. He now works in travel, combining his familiarity with Japan and international perspective to create memorable travel experiences. Outside of work, his interests include philosophy, traveling, and discovering new music.

Mizuho was born and raised in Saitama, Japan. She is a registered nurse with around ten years of experience, specializing in operating room nursing. After working in various medical settings, she recently moved into the travel industry, combining her medical background, passion for travel, and international perspective to create meaningful experiences for travelers visiting Japan.

Outside of work, her interests include traveling both in Japan and abroad, snowboarding, gardening, and discovering great food.

Lila brings an art background to creating curated travel experiences for clients discovering Japan.

Raised in Kamakura, Lila's passion for travel began early. At sixteen, she took her first solo trip abroad—an experience that sparked a lifelong curiosity for new places and cultures. After earning a degree in Art and Philosophy in the United States, she began her career at a contemporary art museum. Yet her passion for travel never faded, eventually leading her to pursue it professionally.

Outside of work, Lila enjoys exploring Tokyo's hidden gems and fostering dogs in need—including her own rescue dog, Moose.
